分析室性心律失常患者的心率减速力(DC)，探讨其预测心律失常的价值。
Toanalyzedecelerationcapacityofheartrate(DC)inpatientswithventriculararrhythmia,andexploreitspredictivevalueforventriculararrhythmia.对我院年1月到年7月门诊及住院患者的动态心电图(DCG)资料进行回顾性分析。以DCG直接检出室性心动过速的41例康复患者为室速组，随机选择同期一般资料相仿，且无心动过速的37例患者为无心动过速组。所有入选者经DCG检测,计算得出DC，并进行两组间比较。
